Job radar
Draft, pending legal review (plan 0.4), not in force. This text describes what the site does today. It is not yet an agreement with anyone.

Terms of use

Job radar is run by operator to be added. Contact: contact address to be added.

The service

  • Job radar lets you search job postings that employers publish on their own careers sites (how we collect them). We don't publish jobs, don't act for employers, and don't apply for you: the Apply link takes you to the employer's posting.
  • Postings can be out of date or wrong. Each one shows when it was last checked; the employer's own posting is what counts.
  • No fees are charged and the site has no payment features. If paid plans come, their terms will be shown to you before you are asked to pay.

Your account

  • An account is for one person. Use an email address you control: we send email only after you confirm it through the link we send (valid 24 hours).
  • Choose a password of at least 10 characters and keep it to yourself. A sign-in lasts at most 30 days, and ends sooner after 14 days without use.
  • What you save (searches, starred jobs, notes, application status, hidden jobs, feedback) is yours. You can download all of it or delete your account at any time on your account page; see the privacy notice.

Alerts

  • Each saved search can be emailed daily, weekly or not at all, at the hour you choose. A job is emailed to you once.
  • Every alert email has unsubscribe links that work without signing in. We stop sending to an address whose mail server refuses our email.

Fair use

  • The site is for your own job search. Don't copy it with scripts or crawlers, and don't resell or republish its listings.
  • Searches are limited to 120 a minute and CSV downloads to 20 an hour per account. We may suspend an account that tries to get around the limits or harms the site.

Still to be written in legal review

  • Availability and warranty: the service is provided as it is and may change or stop.
  • Limits of liability.
  • How changes to these terms are announced (we intend to email account holders before a change takes effect).
  • Governing law and courts.
